Pankaj Garg has nearly 18 year's experience in the field of Information Technology, across the areas of business development, marketing and management. From 1983 till 1992, for a period of 10 years he has worked with most premiums IT organizations in like HCL, Zenith Computers and ICIM. Later, he co-founded his own venture - Netlink Business Systems Pvt. Ltd.

Netlink is now a nationally present - premium Systems Integration, Facilities Management, Systems supply and solutions company - with an annual turnover of over Rs. 600 million with thirteen offices worldwide.

In mid 1999, he founded Netspace Communications Pvt. ltd. which was set up to address the evolving opportunities of Customer Relationship Management and IT enabled services in India and overseas. He is one of the pioneers in India who had the vision of providing Turnkey Solutions for offshore Call Centers and Data Centers in the country.

Netspace now implements world class remote processing centers on an end-to-end project management basis. Currently Netspace is involved in building nearly 2000 multimedia contact positions in India and abroad.

Recently his company has tied up with Ministry of Information Technology (ER&DCI-Noida) to setup a CRM Competence Center to provide CRM Technical training. Beside this he is launching "Netspace Academy" for conducting Contact Center agents training courses and other State of the art courses in the area of Networking, WAP, Bluetooth etc.
